Understanding Product Availability
Products displaying Next Working Day Delivery are already stocked in our warehouse and are dispatched the same working day for delivery on the next working day.
Other products are stocked at our manufacturers and distribution partners rather than in our own warehouse. When you place your order we bring the goods into our warehouse before dispatching them to you. These products display an estimated arrival date, as shown below.
The date shown above is the estimated date that we expect the goods to arrive at our warehouse from the supplier. Once the goods have arrived, your order is checked, packed and dispatched using a tracked 24–48 hour delivery service.
Please note that this is not the estimated delivery date to your address.
How Your Order Is Processed
- You place your order through our website.
- The product is sent to us from our supplier's or manufacturer's warehouse. (where applicable)
- We pack and prepare your order.
- Your order is dispatched using a tracked 24-48 hour delivery service.
Orders with Multiple Items
If your order contains products with different lead times, we will normally dispatch your order once all items have arrived at our warehouse.
Delivery Partners
We use trusted delivery partners including Royal Mail and FedEx. The courier used will depend on the size, weight and contents of your order.
Certain hazardous goods may require a specialist courier service.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
