Delivery information

Cut-off & dispatch

Orders placed before 3:00 pm on a working day are picked, packed and dispatched the same day, provided every line is in stock. Orders placed later, or for items showing extended lead times, are dispatched on the next working day. Stock figures shown on each product page update live from our supplier.

Mainland delivery

• Standard (next working day): £6.95 — free on orders over £75 (ex VAT).
• Pre-noon next working day: £14.95.
• Saturday delivery: £19.95 (order by 3pm Friday).

Prices exclude VAT. Mainland covers England, Wales and Scottish lowlands.

Highlands, islands & Northern Ireland

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland typically take an extra one to two working days and may carry a surcharge depending on weight and dimensions. The exact charge is shown at checkout.

Republic of Ireland

We ship to the Republic of Ireland on a two to three working day service. VAT and duties are handled at checkout where applicable.

Large or heavy items

Some items — full drums of hydraulic oil, long shafts, pallet consignments — are sent on a dedicated pallet network. We'll contact you to arrange a delivery window before dispatch.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched we'll email a tracking link. You can also view order status from your account page if you placed the order while signed in.

Missed or damaged deliveries

Please inspect your delivery on receipt and let us know within 48 hours if anything is missing or damaged. Email support@blueperry.example with your order reference and we'll sort it.
