Warranty

Every product bought from agri.blueperry.co.uk is covered by a 12-month warranty. This page explains what's covered, how to make a claim and how long it takes. For cancellations and refunds, see our returns & refunds page.

Is there a warranty on my products?

Yes. A 12-month warranty applies to every product purchased from the webshop, running from the day your order is delivered. If a product develops a fault within 12 months of delivery and has been used under normal conditions, report it to us and we will arrange a solution for you. That solution may be a repair, a replacement, or another remedy such as a refund where a repair or replacement isn't practical.

To help us deal with a claim quickly, please:

  • Check your delivery on arrival and report any visible damage or faults within 24 hours of receiving it, so we can put things right straight away.
  • Report any other fault as soon as you discover it, and in any case within eight days of noticing it. The sooner we know, the sooner we can sort it out.

The warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship. It does not cover fair wear and tear, consumable parts that have simply reached the end of their working life, damage caused by an accident, misuse or neglect, or faults arising from fitting, storing or maintaining a product contrary to our or the manufacturer's instructions.

In addition to our warranty, an additional supplier or manufacturer warranty may apply to certain products. The conditions of that warranty are set by the supplier, manufacturer or importer and therefore differ from product to product. They can usually be found in the warranty conditions supplied with the product. Where a longer manufacturer warranty applies, we will help you make use of it.

How long does a warranty request take?

The time a warranty request takes varies per product, because some faults can be resolved from a description and a photo while others need the product inspecting or referring back to the manufacturer. For the fastest processing of your request, please give us the full details of your product: the order reference, the part number, a description of the fault and, where possible, photographs.

It takes a maximum of 14 working days following receipt of your warranty request before we inform you of the outcome and the next steps. In most cases we'll come back to you well within that.

What represents the proof of warranty on my product?

Your invoice serves as proof of warranty. If you wish to claim on the warranty in the future, you can use the purchase invoice from your order. You'll find it attached to your order confirmation email, and you can download it again at any time from the order in your account.

How do I make a warranty claim?

  1. Sign in to your account, open the order and click Return items, choosing the reason “Item is damaged or faulty”. Alternatively, email info@blueperry.co.uk with your order reference, the part number and a description of the fault.
  2. Include photographs of the fault where you can. Often that's enough for us to resolve the claim without the product needing to come back.
  3. If we need the product back for inspection, we'll email you a prepaid, tracked returns label. Return postage on a warranty claim is free.
  4. Once we've assessed the claim we'll confirm the solution — repair, replacement or another remedy — and arrange it for you.
