1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Blueperry Ltd storefront and any purchases you make through it. By placing an order, you accept these terms. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.
2. Who we are
Blueperry Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Blueperry Ltd. Contact: support@blueperry.example.
3. Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy the products listed in your basket at the prices shown. We accept your offer when we dispatch the goods. Until then, we may decline an order — for example if a product is no longer available, was mispriced, or fails our fraud checks — in which case we will refund any payment taken.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and exclude VAT unless stated. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Payment is taken through our payment provider Worldpay; we do not store full card details on our systems.
5. Delivery
Delivery timescales and costs are set out on our delivery information page. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; title passes once we have received payment in full.
6. Returns and cancellation
Consumer customers may cancel an order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except where the goods have been used, made to order, or are otherwise non-returnable. Trade customers are subject to our standard returns process — email us before sending anything back.
7. Liability
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of any order is capped at the price paid for the goods in that order.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
