About this product
Everflex 450 is a low-modulus, oxime-cure RTV silicone sealant for bonding to porous and non-porous surfaces without primer. Formulated as a high-viscosity grade for excellent tooling properties, it cures quickly to form a permanently flexible, high-strength waterproof seal with rubber-like characteristics and minimal dirt pick-up.
The sealant remains flexible after cure and is suitable for perimeter pointing around window frames (PVCu, wood, aluminium), joint sealing to pre-formed panels, soft-metal sealing (lead, copper, zinc), general glazing, expansion joints, weather sealing, draught proofing and repair work over existing sealant.
Supplied as a single 300ml cartridge. Weight approximately 367g. Conforms to BS 5889.
