About this product
Everbuild Everflex 450 is a low modulus, oxime cure RTV silicone sealant formulated as a high viscosity grade for application to both porous and non-porous surfaces without priming. It cures quickly to form a permanently flexible, high strength waterproof seal with rubber-like properties and minimal dirt pick-up.
Suitable for perimeter pointing around window frames, joint sealing, expansion joints, weather sealing on soft metals such as lead, copper and zinc, glass-to-glass and glass-to-aluminium sealing, roof weather sealing, and repair work over existing sealant. The sealant meets BS5889 and provides excellent tooling properties.
Supplied as a 300 ml cartridge. Weight 368 g; dimensions 232 × 48 × 65 mm.
