About this product
Everbuild Everflex 450 is a low-modulus, oxime-cure RTV silicone sealant designed for bonding to a wide range of porous and non-porous surfaces without priming. Formulated as a high-viscosity grade, it provides excellent tooling properties and cures quickly to form a permanently flexible, high-strength waterproof seal.
The sealant remains flexible and waterproof with faster curing than conventional low-modulus alternatives and extremely low dirt pick-up. It is suitable for perimeter pointing around PVCu, wood and aluminium window frames; sealing soft metals including lead, copper and zinc; expansion joint and weather sealing; glass-to-glass and glass-to-metal glazing; draught proofing; and roof applications. It can be applied over existing sealant for repair work.
