A stainless steel reducing coupling (AISI 316 ti) that joins a 22 mm cutting ring fitting to a 12 mm cutting ring fitting. The larger connection (side 1) features an M30 × 2.00 mm metric swivel nut (DKOL type); the smaller connection (side 2) is an M18 × 1.50 mm metric thread. Both connections have a 24° cone angle. The coupling is supplied complete with a pre-assembled union nut fitted with an FPM O-ring and cutting ring cone. The unit conforms to DIN 3861 and is rated for continuous operation between −20 °C and +200 °C. The stainless steel construction offers high corrosion resistance and chemical durability; threads should be greased with ceramic, teflon or graphite grease during installation. Each coupling weighs 172 g and measures 45 mm length × 35 mm width and height.
