A stainless steel straight coupling for metric cutting ring hydraulic systems, supplied as a single piece. Both connections feature M42 × 2.00 mm metric threads with cutting ring fittings and male orientation. The coupling body is manufactured from AISI 316 ti stainless steel and operates across a temperature range of −60 °C to +400 °C. The product is supplied without cutting ring and nut; these are fitted separately during installation. When connecting stainless steel components, threads should be greased with ceramic, Teflon or graphite grease to ensure proper sealing. The coupling weighs 342 g and measures 60 mm in length with a 55 mm width and height. Stainless steel construction provides high corrosion resistance and chemical resistance, making it suitable for demanding environments including food processing applications.
