Everbuild 711 TileSet Flexiplus is a quick-setting floor and wall tile adhesive containing latex powder for enhanced flexibility. Suitable for interior and exterior use, it permits same-day fixing and grouting on prepared surfaces including concrete, screeds, renders, blockwork, plasterboard and timber floors (interior only). The product is tested to EN12004 Class C2FTE S1 standard.

For use on concrete and screeds, allow at least 4 weeks drying time before tiling and prime with diluted Everbuild PVA Bond (4 parts water to 1 part bond). Timber floors require a moisture-resistant exterior grade plywood base of at least 12 mm thickness, secured with screws at 300 mm centres and primed with diluted PVA Bond (3 parts water to 1 part bond). Existing tiled surfaces should be roughened and primed with neat PVA Bond before application. The pack contains 20 kg and measures 438 × 108 × 268 mm.
