Everbuild Everflex 115 is an oil-based building mastic designed for general pointing and sealing of joints in traditional forms of construction. Applied by extrusion from a cartridge gun, the product adheres to most clean, dry surfaces including concrete, brick, wood, metals and glass without primer.

The mastic has a semi-drying formulation that remains permanently plastic beneath the surface skin, with high solids content providing good gap-filling properties without shrinkage. It is overpaintable and offers good external weathering properties. Primary applications include perimeter pointing internally and externally around doors and windows.
