About this product
Everbuild Everflex 450 is a low modulus, oxime cure RTV silicone sealant formulated as a high viscosity grade for excellent tooling properties. It adheres to a wide range of porous and non-porous surfaces without priming and cures quickly to form a permanently flexible, high strength waterproof seal with minimal dirt pick-up.
The sealant remains flexible and waterproof, suitable for perimeter pointing around PVCu and wood window frames, expansion joint sealing, weather sealing on pre-formed panels, soft metal sealing (lead, copper, zinc), general glazing, draught proofing and roof weather sealing applications. It can also be applied over existing sealant for repair work.
