Everbuild Stixall Extreme Power is a one-part, chemically curing, solvent-free sealant and adhesive that combines silicone and polyurethane technologies. It is designed to adhere most common building surfaces to each other and themselves, with high initial grab, non-slip properties, and gap-filling capability.

The product cures to be totally waterproof and weatherproof, and can be applied to wet surfaces. It offers permanent flexibility with 20% movement accommodation, temperature resistance from −40 °C to +150 °C, and chemical and petrol resistance (10% dilute acids/alkalis and most solvents). The cartridge contains a biocide to prevent mould growth. It adheres to metals, most plastics, glass, concrete, plaster, plasterboard, polyester, Perspex, wood, enamel and painted surfaces, and is non-staining on sensitive materials such as marble and granite.

The product arrives as a 290 ml anthracite cartridge, weighing 470 g and measuring 230 mm × 50 mm × 50 mm. It is suitable for sealing and bonding in interior and exterior applications, including perimeter pointing around doors and windows, mirror bonding, automotive gap filling, and vertical expansion joints. It is paintable when cured. The user is responsible for determining suitability; it is not suitable for joints constantly immersed in water, structural glazing, aquarium manufacture, or use with bitumen or asphalt.
