Sika Black Jack 901 is a solvent-based, full-bodied black bituminous paint that forms a protective, odourless and taint-free film when dry. It provides waterproof, weatherproof and corrosion-resistant protection, with resistance to low concentrations of alkalis and acids and the ability to withstand prolonged oxidation.
The paint is suitable for application to iron, steel, lead, zinc, aluminium, asbestos-cement, concrete, stone, wood, felt and brick. Common applications include corrugated iron sheets, fire escapes, stairways, ladders, storage tanks, gutters, downpipes, fences, railings and gates, as well as protective coating for concrete structures, brick and sand/cement surfaces. It can be used as an overcoating for felt and wood.
