About this product
A straight screw-in hydraulic coupling body from the 6L series, connecting an M12 × 1.5 mm BSP male cutting ring fitting to a 1/4 in BSP male seal ring fitting. The coupling is supplied as a single piece and conforms to DIN 2401, DIN 2353, DIN 228 and DIN 3852, as well as ISO 228. The body measures 29 mm in height with a 6 mm diameter on the cutting ring side. The M12 cutting ring connection has a thread length of 12 mm and requires a 19 mm wrench; the 1/4 in seal ring connection has a wrench size of 14 mm. The seal ring is made from nitrile rubber (NBR), and the body is finished with nickel and zinc plating for corrosion resistance. Maximum working pressure is 500 bar, and maximum tightening torque is 50 N·m. The coupling connects directly to metric hose glands or pre-assembled couplings and is not suitable for 4-layer hose (4SP). The product weighs 28 g.
