About this product
Everbuild 711 TileSet Flexiplus is a floor and wall tile mortar formulated with added latex powder to enhance flexibility. It is suitable for interior and exterior use on concrete, screeds, renders, blockwork, and prepared wooden floors, where same-day fixing and grouting is required.
The adhesive meets EN12004 Class C2FTE S1 classification. Surface preparation varies by substrate: concrete and screeds require at least 4 weeks drying time and priming with diluted Everbuild PVA Bond; timber floors must be interior only, covered with moisture-resistant marine-grade plywood at least 12 mm thick and secured with screws at 300 mm centres; existing glazed tiles should be roughened and given a neat PVA Bond bonding coat before adhesive application.
